Professional Experience
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Neil moved into financial services and has over 25 years of experience leading finance teams and business transformation programmes and projects within blue chip industry and financial services organisations including Big 4 advisory.
Since 2020 Neil has focused on ESG and working within the ICAEW on committees and is now a member of Council with a voice for ESG strategy. He has used his extensive transformation experience to create a framework for the practical implementation of ESG both within business and practice.
At PurePath Advisory, we simplify the transformation journey to create meaningful business action to achieve the vision of the organisation. A fully integrated and collaborative approach makes positive change a reality for all stakeholders and providing action-enabling reporting and KPIs.

Mark, has over 20 years of experience in professional service the last 7 spent working in Management Consulting. Having spent 3 years with a global top 10 consulting firm and then was one of the founder partners of Org Advisory in 2020. More recently Mark has spent the last 10 years working with small to medium-sized enterprises/organisations. Much of his work has been client engagement, program delivery, and quality assurance.
Experienced in writing tenders, business cases, proposals and providing benefit analysis on client engagements throughout including dedicated milestones and summary of conclusions. Here at PurePath Advisory, we engage our people in alignment with your very own to help with the overall vision and transformation journey through to completion. There needs to be a joined-up approach, collaboration, purpose, strategy and understanding to share in the success and delivery for all parties, stakeholders, and staff.
